People ask me constantly what's actually in my toolkit. Not the theory, the real stack: what I open every day to write, design, and ship content to nearly 100,000 people a week. So here it is, counted down from 8 to 1.

8. Beehiiv — the newsletter engine.

Every week, this is where it all lands. Beehiiv is what gets the newsletter into almost 100,000 inboxes, and it's the backbone of the whole media business. Without a reliable send and clean analytics behind it, nothing else in this list matters as much.

Try beehiiv free for 14 days, plus get 20% off your first 3 months.

7. Stanley — the idea machine.

Before anything gets written, it has to get thought of. Stanley is what I use to ideate content for Instagram and LinkedIn, turning a vague sense of "I should post about this" into an actual angle worth publishing.

6. Canva — the undisputed champion.

For carousel content specifically, nothing touches Canva. It's not the flashiest tool on this list, but it's the one I'd be most stuck without if I had to cut it tomorrow.

5. Claude — the co-writer.

Claude functions as my co-writer and editor across everything I write. That's not a small role. Every newsletter, every caption, every longer piece goes through this step before it goes out.

4. Notion — the workspace.

Notion is where the entire content calendar lives and where ideas funnel through from first draft to published. If Beehiiv is where content ends up, Notion is where it starts.

3. ChatGPT Pro — the image creator.

For image creation, this is the tool doing the work. It's become a quiet but essential part of how visual content gets made across the business.

2. Gemini — the video tool.

Video needs have their own set of demands, and Gemini is what handles that side of things. As video keeps eating more of the feed, this one keeps climbing in importance.

1. Gamma — the crowd favorite.

The number one spot goes to Gamma, used for building high-fidelity infographics. Of everything on this list, this is the one the audience responds to the most.

That's the full stack. Eight tools, one seven-figure media business, and a lot of iteration to land on this exact combination. If you want more breakdowns like this, make sure you're subscribed, and follow me on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok so you don't miss what's coming next.

Hit reply and tell me: which of these tools are you already using, and which one are you adding to your stack? I read every single response.
