You are not bad at LinkedIn. You just have not built a system that makes showing up easy.

Only about 1% of LinkedIn users post content in any given week, yet that small group captures billions of impressions. The bar for consistency is low, and most people still do not clear it, not because they have nothing to say, but because ideas, research, and design each eat up a different chunk of the day.

So here is my actual stack, the six AI tools I use to show up on LinkedIn every week and become a LinkedIn Top Voice, counted down from six to one.

#6 Capture: Wispr Flow

I could not live without it. I am almost never at my computer, so when an idea hits, I speak it straight into my phone and Wispr Flow turns it into clean text I can use later. Every post I write starts as a thought I would have lost without it.

#5 Images: ChatGPT Pro

ChatGPT Pro is the best in class right now when it comes to image generation. When a post needs a visual that stops the scroll, this is where I make it.

#4 Carousels: Canva

Canva is the OG when it comes to carousel creation, and I still use it every single day. When a post needs to become a swipeable carousel, this is still the fastest way to get it done.

#3 Infographics: Gamma

If there is one thing the LinkedIn audience loves, it is infographics. Gamma is the best in class for creating those high-value pieces of content, the kind people save and send to a colleague.

#2 Research: Claude

This is where I do all of my research and come up with different ideas and formats for the posts I want to write. It is the thinking partner behind the content before anything gets designed.

I have been using Stanley since it was in beta, well over a year ago. It helps me ideate on post ideas and identify the trends I am seeing on my own profile, which is why it earns the top spot.

That is the full stack, idea to published, six tools, one workflow. None of them replace having something to say, they just make saying it consistently a lot less work.

P.S. If you want a weekly version of this specifically focused on AI, my other newsletter, The Women AI Weekly, is built exactly for that.
